At Brand R, the period for exchanging purchased products is 14 (fourteen) calendar days, while the return period is 3 (three) calendar days.
Lighting products that are covered by a warranty agreement are not eligible for exchange or return, as per the terms of the warranty. Such products can be repaired at the Brand R Service Center (Address: 23 Kosmonavtebi Embankment, Shop 49).
Exchange & Return Conditions
The exchange and return process is governed by the following conditions:
- The customer must complete an application form at any Brand R branch.
- The product must be in its original condition, unused, and must not be damaged either intentionally or accidentally by the customer.
- The customer must present proof of purchase (receipt), which includes the product name, date of purchase, and store location (branch address).
Products Not Eligible for Return
The store does not accept returns in the following cases:
- Custom-made or specially ordered products (including exclusive manufacturing and/or import)
- LED strip purchases
- Discounted products
- Aluminum profile purchases
